Free Shipping Policy
BowlingBallDepot.com offers "Free Ground Shipping" within the continental U.S.A. and Armed Forces Europe (AE) for all orders totaling $30 and higher. Your order must include at least $30 of merchandise (excluding taxes). For orders less than $30 shipping will be charged. Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and international destinations.
Return Policy on items shipped as "Free Ground Shipping" - Customer has 30 days from the date of the order to return an item. The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. All items returned that were shipped as "Free Ground Shipping" at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.
